Fees

We are in network with a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, DMBA, EMI, Health West Administrators, Medicaid, PEHP, Select Health, Triwest, U of U health plans, UHC, and UMR. Coverage varies greatly between insurance companies and plans so it will be important to check your benefits to understand the costs. 

 

If not using insurance, assessments start at $1,300. During your free consultation we will provide an general estimate of what we would expect the cost to be. Once we do your initial appointment and have been able to learn more about your needs we will be able to determine a final cost. An initial nonrefundable deposit of $150 will be required to hold your initial appointment. Half of the estimated cost will be due at the intake appointment then the remaining balance will be due at your testing appointment. Fees are as follows but subject to change:

• IQ evaluation - $1100

• ADHD only - $1300

• Autism only - $1300

• Additional testing add-on - $150/hour

• Gender Affirming Care Appointment - $150 per hour
