Fees

We are in network with a variety of insurance plans. Coverage varies greatly between insurance companies and plans so it will be important to check your benefits to understand the costs. Contact our office and we can check your benefits and help you understand what the evaluation will cost. 

 

If not usinrg insurance, the cost of an assessment can vary based on many factors, such as the age of your child and the complexity of the assessment. During your free consultation we will provide an general estimate of what we would expect the cost to be. Once we do your initial appointment and have been able to learn more about your needs we will be able to determine a final cost. An initial nonrefundable deposit of $250 will be required to hold your initial appointment. Half of the estimated cost will be due at the intake appointment then the remaining balance will be due at your testing appointment. Fees are as follows but subject to change due to variations in the complexity of the assessment:

 

• IQ evaluation - $2000

• Neuro/psychological evaluation (simple battery) - $2450

• Neuro/psychological evaluation (complex) - $2950

• Gender Affirming Care Appointment - $250 per hour
